Very good idea.
More: why not give keyboards stocks to locals grassroot in target countries for
G1G1 Europe ?
So every people buy a laptop with an English keyboard and have opportunity to
exchange it to its local grassroot.
It could be a very good way:
- For local grassroot to federate XO community in their country,
- For OLPC to promote grassroots in Europe.
By the way, as NN said: "Everyone should try disassembling their XO", so if
someone want a localized keyboard, it should disassembly the XO first to plug
the right keyboard !

What about to delivery plain intn'l machines with default keyboard and then
set up some stocks of nationalized keyboards (FR, DE, IT, GR, etc.. ) and offer
them at a price that's commisurated to the production cost of the keyboard
itself (and the planned numbers), not burdening at all XO production?
Anyway I think the really hardest issue would the accomplishment of regulations
for security, wireless/transmission, warranty and returns (2 Years in EU
default).
Lastly do not forget that we all Europeans like to have large abundance of
different AC plugs (even more than one kind per country... ;)
