thanks dear, Yes the localization in both Afghan languages (Dari and Pashto) is completed. Roshan, one of the biggest telecom companies of Afghanistan is providing internet and connectivity and electricity condition is quite good in that school and we are also trying some other -possible- alternatives (If needed) as well.
