Hi, Actually, at least one OLPCorps shipment is retained by the Customs due to the customs duties claimed by the Customs administration, as it is the case in Tananarivo/Madagascar.
The emerging malagasian grassroot community is trying to solve this issue and one solution been cited by 2 people (one book publisher and one university professor) consists to refer to the "Florence Agreement on the Importation of Educational, Scientific and Cultural Materials".
