when you snap the end node to the first node, do the symbols turn green to
indicate its ok?

Hi,
I just downloaded and installed GRASS (6.2.2RC1) on my linux box
(AMD64). However when I try to create a closed boundary (to create an
area) I can't it closed, I used the snap function (I deliberately
clicked next to the start node and it snapped to this node) but I can't
get it working properly.
I'm new to GRASS, I've looked in the tutorials but they don't get me any
further, so could any explain me how I should be doing it the right way?
