Antonio, Yes, but not right now with GRASS 6.x. Jaime Carrera has done work (http://www.valledemexico.ambitiouslemon.com/) with MODFLOW (http://water.usgs.gov/software/ground_water.html) and hopes to soon have his module updated for GRASS 6.x.
