I'm not sure if anyone encountered problem installing grass 6.2.2-1 but when installing using http://geni.ath.cx/grass.html#toc5, and making adjustments described on http://grass.itc.it/grass62/binary/mswindows/, it was necessary in step 5 of instructions to select additional package manually in libs section Tcl/Tk for grass, that solved the problem for me (without it wish command doesn't work), hope this helps someone
