Hi all, I have make a little test on r.li.setup using an overlayed vector like sample areas.
I set up a raster file as sampling frame, than a vector as overlayed layer. Then I set up the sampling frame as "Whole map", and the sampling areas as "Select areas from overlayed vector layer". At this poin r.le.setup opens a xmon and draws the choosen raster *without *overlayed vector polygons and asks me "Is this area ok?" and a name to assign to it. R.li.setup makes it for seven times ever *without* shows the overlayed vector than I can click on "Save setting". I thinked that r.le.setup showed me the various polygons of the choosen vector and that the problem is only on the visualization, but the problem is that the choosen vector have *only one* polygon.... When I run r.li.shannon it says: Cannot make stat of /home/leo/.r.li/history//home/leo/.r.li/history/martin configuration file Non riesco ad aprire il file di intestazione per [ in (null)] CHILD[pid = 8570]: unable to open mask ... continue without!!! Serena, Davide e Stefano, have you this problem in your last version? Thanks of all Ciao Leonardo Lami Paolo Cavallini ha scritto: > Hi Martin. > Never seen this.
