Hi! Unfortunately so many things changed that we don't have a upgrade mechanism in place. You will have to start with a fresh installation, i.e. a fresh mongodb and elasticsearch 0.90.10 install. Please do not try to copy the existing mongodb collections, because things will fail in mysterious ways. Also the data format has changed, so importing the old data means to replay them through graylog2. So far demand for a data import script has been extremely low (despite what people claim ;)) so we have not invested time into it yet.
However, should someone be willing to spend a little time, it should not be too hard to scan the source documents and feed them back through a gelf input.
