We just set up our first graylog2 server yesterday, process was easy. I'm able to view logs of the host system that the graylog2 server runs on, but I'm not seeing any new nodes or sources when I tell one of my Rails apps to log to graylog2. I don't get any init errors when I fire up the rails app. Are there any special steps I need to take when adding a new source, or does a new source get added when graylog2 starts receiving logs from a new source?
