Hi there, Running 0.20.1 here and have users logging in via LDAP ( I had not previously created an account for them via the graylog UI ). They are automatically set as readers. I login as the admin account and attempt to change a user from reader to administrator via the edit user settings page. I hit the save button and get redirected to the list of users page but the user's status is never changed. No errors, nothing. I've checked the logs, etc.. and there's nothing showing up as weird/wrong. I did notice when sniffing the traffic that that field is never actually sent as part of the form data back to the server as far as I can tell. The only fields passed were fullname, email, timezone, timeout, and timeout_unit. I've tried it in chrome and firefox for what it's worth.
