Hi!

If you can separate these messages into streams, then yes. You can set
up user accounts that have access to only a set of configured streams.
For that to work, set up a stream matching the messages you want a
group of people to see.
Then head over to the System/User section and create a "reader" user.
Those can be restricted to certain streams.
However, this means they currently cannot search over all the messages
anymore, only within those streams they have explicit permissions for.
