I thought of disabling IPV6, having the experience this get me some more trouble in the past. So I disabled IPV6 and did the trick for enabling the graylog-web service. It works. But I have to put this up in te server.conf file: rest_transport_uri = http://127.0.0.1:12900/ To get the webservice connected tot the server part. Otherwise the service falls back to the server IP adress and there is no connection possible.
