It should be able to do that, but you could start adding more processors in 
the server.conf file:

processbuffer_processors = 10
outputbuffer_processors = 10

If you are using UDP take a look at your UDP buffer, it could be to small.

If there is 30GB, ES_HEAP_SIZE should be around 15GB for ES.
