After some investigation, I changed localhost to <graylog-server-ip>
on the following directives:
rest_listen_uri (graylog2.conf)
graylog2-server.uris (graylog2-web-interface.conf)

After that, I can connect successfully to
http://<graylog-server-ip>:12900 but my attempts are only successful
in Chrome.
In Firefox 32 I keep getting "unable to connect to graylog2 server" messages

Any further idea worth checking? :)
