I'm afraid that unless you have a backup of the MongoDB database of 
Graylog2 you're out of luck. :-(

The extractors are persisted as embedded documents into the description of 
the inputs inside MongoDB. So if you delete an input, all extractors that 
have been created for that input will also be gone automatically.

That's a great idea. We'll probably add this in one of the next releases!
