That's strange because we didn't change anything about the input handling between Graylog2 0.92.0 and 0.92.1. Could you please check that both versions are using the same *node_id_file* (see graylog2.conf) and in fact the same *node ID*? If that is the case, please start Graylog2 in debug mode (by adding -d or --debug to the starting command) and check the messages (there will be lots) for the input initialization.
