Hi,

I'm attempting to install Graylog2 on Ubuntu 14.10 and

I've installed the repository package from here:

https://www.graylog2.org/resources/documentation/general/packages

There didn't appear to be a Ubuntu 14.10-specific package, so I installed
the Ubuntu 14.04 package.

I then installed the graylog2-server and graylog2-web packages.

However, I'm then not sure how to actually start graylog2.

The package appears to have created a script in /etc/init:

   - /etc/init/graylog2-server.conf

However, Upstart doesn't seem to recognise it - e..g "server --status-all"
doesn't list anything graylog2 related.

Also, the documentation makes mention of a graylog2ctl script
(https://www.graylog2.org/resources/documentation/setup/server) - however,
this doesn't appear to have been installed as part of the Ubuntu packages:

$ dpkg -L graylog2-server
> /.
> /usr
> /usr/share
> /usr/share/graylog2-server
> /usr/share/graylog2-server/bin
> /usr/share/graylog2-server/bin/graylog2-es-timestamp-fixup
> /usr/share/graylog2-server/plugin
> /usr/share/graylog2-server/graylog2-server.jar
> /etc
> /etc/default
> /etc/default/graylog2-server
> /etc/graylog2.conf
> /etc/init
> /etc/init/graylog2-server.conf
> /etc/graylog2
> /etc/graylog2/server
> /etc/graylog2/server/log4j.xml

Any thoughts on the best way to start graylog2 here?
