Hi Paul, sure, the 'graylog2-ctl reconfigure' command is now able to detect an IP change. So when you change from DHCP to static IP and rerun the reconfigure command the old IP will be deconfigured in the Graylog and Elasticsearch configuration and swapped with the new IP.
You can find the full procedure here: https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog2-images/tree/master/ova#assign-a-static-ip Currently there is no update process of the appliance, so the best way to get this change is to download the OVA again.
