Sorry, I don't understand what do you want to achieve whith these commands?
In the end you have to put the configuration lines from this article: https://www.graylog.org/resource/content-pack/547b5021e4b0a06d87eea01e/ in the the configuration of your outside nginx. The nginx that runs inside of the Graylog docker container is not relevant.
