Andrew,

Do you have MongoDB running on one of your graylog-servers? If you look 
here:
http://docs.graylog.org/en/latest/pages/architecture.html
You can see there are mongodb nodes added to the setup. 

If it is running on one of your servers and you dont want to change that, i 
think it's just a matter of opening ports to your MongoDB database and add 
it to the second graylog-server configuration.
