Hi, you can find the init scripts for Graylog in the fpm-recipes ( https://github.com/Graylog2/fpm-recipes) repository, e. g. the Debian SysV init script at https://github.com/Graylog2/fpm-recipes/blob/1.1/recipes/graylog-server/files/debian/init.d .
