Hey there,

All log files are located in /var/log/graylog

do graylog-ctl status to see if webserver is running.this should look
similar to this:

run: graylog-web: (pid 12430) 2512s; run: log: (pid 10166) 535527s

with other stuff running.

install nmap (apt-get install nmap) and check if there is anything
listening on port 80.

if no joy try "graylog-ctl reconfigure" and see what happens.
