Hi, Graylog currently doesn't support a "bootstrap" configuration file with entity configurations (e. g. inputs, streams, outputs, etc.) but you can use the content pack feature to export a content pack containing your entity configurations and import/apply that to your Graylog setup via the REST API. This would at least minimize interaction with the REST API in your Dockerfile.
