We are looking into building a scaled out graylog setup, and the documentation is a little lacking: http://docs.graylog.org/en/1.2/pages/architecture.html
Our different setup ideas currently are as follows: Running a 2 node Elasticsearch cluster should be doable by making 1 of the nodes run a second instance of Elasticsearch with the nodata directive. Both of those two topologies should be easy to scale further out by adding a node where it's needed. We are still trying to figure out how to deal with Mongodb in both these scenarios, and if Mongodb supports running only 2 nodes? (And we know that Rabbitmq is not necessary anymore thanks to the Kafka implementation in Graylog, but there are other systems which also plug into the currently one node rabbitmq setup we have, switching out rabbitmq is not a part of this project, more like phase 2). Has anyone done anything similar to this before and could provide some docs/tips? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Graylog Users" group.
