It is possible to convert VDI/VMDK disk image to Microsoft's VHD with virtuabox' tools (`vboxmanage clonehd input output --format vhd`), no need to convert whole OVA as it's only a disk image with configuration file, i've done this before to test how graylog would work on hyper-v, i encountered no problems
