Is there any possibility to add the timefilter in Dashboard panel itself ?. 
Also not sure, why the time filter is missed in dashboard panel as its a 
mandatory feature when we share the dashboard to customer. Usually, they 
want to check the historical data. 

If we have a time filter in dashboard panel itself, clients can easily 
change/modify the time settings and view their report. This is not only for 
client but also its mandatory for system admins to view/check historical 
data of combined reports.  Again, not sure where graylog team plan to 
enable it there.
