Hi Matthew, you simply have to set the elasticsearch_max_time_per_index configuration setting (see https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog2-server/blob/1.3.2/misc/graylog2.conf#L107-L117) to 91 days (I know it's not exactly 3 months, but close enough).
