Hi Shelton,

the Graylog web interface doesn't support i18n or l10n, so you'd have to 
manually translate each template.

If you feel like doing this, take a look at the git repository at 
https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog2-web-interface/tree/1.3 but please 
understand that we don't have the time or resources to help you with that.
