Hi Manu,

the systemd unit for graylog-web is using the script at 
/usr/share/graylog-web/bin/graylog-web to start the Graylog web interface 
which in turn reads the configuration file from /etc/default/graylog-web. 
You can override the start parameters in this configuration file (see 
https://github.com/Graylog2/fpm-recipes/blob/1.3/recipes/graylog-web/files/debian/default
 
for the default contents).
