Hi Quentin,

it seems like there's a transparent proxy (Squid) deployed on your network 
which isn't able to reach the VM with the Graylog web interface you've set 
up.

Unfortunately there's not much on the Graylog side of things to do. You'll 
have to contact your local network administrator and debug the issue with 
them.
