Hi Alexey,

the problem you're describing sounds exactly like the issue described in 
this GitHub issue: https://github.com/Graylog2/collector/issues/35

Feel free to add a comment to that issue on GitHub. In the meantime I can 
only recommend using another log shipper like nxlog or filebeat to send 
those logs into Graylog.
