Hi Michael, the collector sidecar in Graylog 2.0.0 is the very first release and it's certainly missing some features.
Please file a feature request at https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog-plugin-collector/issues if you need support for GELF via TCP in the nxlog support of the collector sidecar. Of course you can always configure nxlog manually to use GELF via TCP instead of using the collector sidecar.
