Hi, I fear without any informations about the setup and the error nobody is able to help you on that. Please check the log files in /var/log/graylog/* for any hint on what's going wrong. There can be many reasons for getting this error screen. Possible issues are no running Graylog server, failed Elasticsearch service, general configuration errors...
