Today I tried old 2.0.x versions. 2.0.1. and 2.0.0 and the result is the same. Web interface is slow. I also installed old 1.3.4 and compare them. They are all official AWS images. T2 medium instances with SSD disks. (4GB of ram, 2CPU). The 1.3.4 version is working OK. In the video you can see the 1.3.4 version and 2.0.1 version difference.
