The server that I set up, does not have that file - it's not using nginx,
but some sort of built-in webserver in the graylog jar.

The server set up according to the instructions, has
*proxy_set_header X-Graylog-Server-URL http://107.20.118.184:12900*I have
no idea why it would have that ip address, as I haven't seen it before
anywhere. The public ip starts with 54 while the local ip in ifconfig
starts with 172, so I can't imagine where that comes from.

I ran sudo graylog-ctl set-external-ip and reconfigure, and now that file
is reporting the external ip. Attempting to access it still produces the "We
are experiencing problems" error message however. Changing this to use the
local ip also doesn't work.

rest_listen_uri and web_listen_uri are both 0.0.0.0
