Hi Rafael,

there are various Java GELF appenders for different logging frameworks on 
the Graylog Marketplace: https://marketplace.graylog.org/addons?tag=java

Those can be used to configure the Apache Tomcat logging subsystem in a 
way, so that messages are directly sent to Graylog: 
https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-9.0-doc/logging.html
