As far as I understand processing pipeline... the rules have very similar as Drools do. However, as the documentation of rules <http://docs.graylog.org/en/2.1/pages/pipelines/rules.html#actions> says, it's much more restrictive: > > > A rule’s *then* clause contains a list of actions which are evaluated in > the order they appear. > There are two different types of actions: > # Function calls # Variable assignments
Why did you guys restrict rules so significantly in comparison to Drools? So what do I do if I need something custom...
