Hi Stefan,
in general, you could send those logs to Graylog using a Raw/Plaintext
input and use a JSON extractor on the JSON payload.
You could also use a log shipper like nxlog or filebeat (managed by
Graylog) to read the logfile(s) of {Own,Next}Cloud and send them to
Graylog:
