information about deploying Elasticsearch 1.x.

It's almost as easy as setting up another Elasticsearch node with the same 
cluster name.

This being said, Elasticsearch 1.7.x and Graylog 1.3.x are fairly old and 
I'd recommend you start planning an upgrade to Graylog 2.1.x and 
Elasticsearch 2.4.x.
