Hi Bobby,

your network settings are all mixed up.

Try the following configuration and remove (or comment out) all other 
settings such as rest_transport_uri and web_endpoint_uri.

web_listen_uri = http://10.2.117.116:9000/
rest_listen_uri = http://10.2.117.116:9000/api/
