Is there an issue with plugins that contain a UI in the current 2.1.1 release? I have tried 2 different plugins that should contain a UI component that are not loading. The plugins themselves are shown loading in the log file as well as in the node plugins UI. The first was the very new threat-intelligence plugin, but the second is the aggregates plugin which has had many releases.
