Hi,

there is obviously (judging from the logs of your Graylog server) something 
blocking network connections to MongoDB and Elasticsearch.

Please read the section about SELinux and allow the Graylog Java process to 
access other network 
services: 
http://docs.graylog.org/en/2.1/pages/installation/os/centos.html#selinux-information
