i am working with Alexandr and this is a part of our graylog configuration 
file:

rest_listen_uri = http://0.0.0.0:12900/api/
rest_transport_uri = http://192.168.0.5:12900/api/
rest_enable_cors = true
rest_enable_gzip = true
rest_enable_tls = true
rest_tls_cert_file = /etc/graylog/server/graylog.pem
