Please file a bug report at https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog2-server/issues/ and include as much data as possible, such as warning and error messages from the logs of your Graylog node(s), a dump of your MongoDB database (at least the inputs collection), and if possible all steps necessary to reproduce the problem.
