I briefly searched the issue tracker and didn't see anything so I wanted to ask if there is a way to set alerts based on a schedule.
An example could be if a user is added to group A between say 5pm to 6am send an alert, any other time, don't as long as it was done by one of these accounts on one of these machines or something like that. Is anyone doing something like this now or has anyone been thinking about it? It might be beneficial even if there were an easy way to enable/disable an alert rule programmatically.
