Hi Guys,

I've installed a new graylog server and configurated only Linux clients
(syslog), I have clients with differents timezones (UTC and BRT -03:00) but
I noticed something wrong, if the server (graylog-server) is configurated
to UTC (date command out), I just can see messages from client (linux) with
UTC configured too, the other clients with different timezone "stops" and I
don't see new messages anymore (I still seeing old messages), if I change
the timezone from graylogserver to BRT, the linux clients with timezone
configured to UTC "stop" to incoming new messages and I start to see the
other clients with BRT timezone.

If I change the graylog root timezone to UTC or BRT nothing change this
behavior only change on web interface.

PS: I don't have problem sending messages to graylog server when I made
this tests I used logger command from linux and I tested more than once to
see if this behavior was correct.

Linux: RHEL 7.2
