I have netflow data being logged in graylog. Bytes and packets are mapped
in graylog extractor as numeric values.

Is it possible to 'graph' the values from these fields (say, bytes) on a
map?

My current 'Downloads' map shows that OpenDNS is my biggest 'downloader' -
it has way more "messages" than any other IP address, that is true.

But the _data size_ (ie:bytes downloaded) from OpenDNS is trivial when
compared to (say) netflix, youtube, akamai, etc.

I think it would be a great addition to graylog to 'graph' abitrary values
on the map, besides a raw message count. The message count has it's uses,
but not when comparing field values.

Seeing 'heat maps' of data downloads in Kibana (see here for example
http://i.imgur.com/RZq8w7P.jpg world map 2nd on left) and we're trying to
replicate that functionality.
