For the first - you need to check what script the first buttons/links are running and run them in your script. Its easy once you analyze the page with firebug or something. Next, the bookmarklet is also easy. Download the page or something, and implement a js function in it that does the task. Once you have implemented it correctly, you may consider linearizing it. You can use any of the js compactors available online.
