If you google for BitDefender and Greasemomkey you'll learn that last year a trojan was identified which would mask itself as Greasemonkey. BitDefender would probably uninstall the extension. Please ensure that you are installing Greasemonkey from the official Mozilla site and that you have an updated copy of BitDefender.
