The only effective spam reducing option with Google Groups is to turn on "new members are moderated". But that means anyone (and everyone) with admin rights is "spammed" with a moderation request, for every single message from new users, legitimate or spam. And it means that new users looking for help get confused when they send a message and it doesn't show up for minutes to hours to days -- however long it takes a human to moderate it. You can "report as spam" any message via the web interface: http://groups.google.com/group/greasemonkey-users/topics Which is probably the best option. Though I can't honestly say what exactly that does, hopefully it trains a filter. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "greasemonkey-users" group.
